Legitimate streaming services exist because of a reason. These services are reliable and safe. They cost money but they provide legal content and are much safer than illegal methods. The Protect Lawful Streaming Act targets commercial streaming services and can be made into a crime. While this wouldn't affect viewers from the private sector, it could protect the creator of the original work from being accused of a lawsuit. To learn more go here.
