Ghostrunner takes players to a world killed by the global disaster, where the last supporter of humankind is a town in a big tower. The designer, called the Builder, died years ago in mysterious circumstances, and today the Keymaster tips the cit with an iron hand. Town is broken down into castes, the attachment to which is driven by the plants invested in the person's childhood. Besides, violence with poverty reign here.
